Rob Warren is Head of Technical at Celotex, has worked on secondment to DECC (Department of Energy and Climate Change) and is Chair of the Construction Products Association Technical Committee. Rob has a keen interest in regulations and standards affecting the construction industry and their potential impact on the key goal of reducing CO2 emissions from new and existing building stock.
